Payment Notice

A processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions and eCheck transactions. This includes third-party fees from our payment network and Amilia.
To skip processing fees, you may send an e-transfer with no additional charge to accounting@ottawa-sports.ca by selecting "Offline Payment" at checkout. By choosing this method and completing the transaction, you agree to pay the full invoiced amount upon receipt.

Advanced Booking Notices

Lift tickets & rentals must be booked through your member portal at least 5 days in advance to qualify for Ottawa Sports member discounts. Tickets must be picked up from Ottawa Sports staff — not the resort front desk.
Lessons, Masters in Motion, and Extra Training Sessions: All programs must be booked or have a valid pass applied at least 5 days in advance.
